[origin: EP0829430A1] The cap (1) for a bottle (2) with a neck (20) comprises a shrink ring (4) having an axis (X) which is mounted on the neck. A closing cover (60) with a top (76) and a cylindrical side wall (64) is placed around the shrink ring. A rigid stirrup (8) has two ends (12a,14a), connected by a central part (10), mounted on the shrink ring and pivoting about a second axis (B). A deformable elastic zone (72) of the cap enables the top to be supported against the stirrup.
