Abstract (en)
The sheet handler operates on a stack of folded sheets using two grip ends (20) which move in a fixed track (W) and which are positioned diametrically opposite to each other. The pick-off mechanism is driven with an alternating action so that each pick-up operates alternately with a rapid cycle to move the folded sheets in two directions. A servo motor drives the handler and guide cams/tracks position the handler grips. The fixed track has a straight, middle section (W') which represents the pick-off drive.

Die Vorrichtung zum Ausstossen gestapelter Druckbogen (1a) weist einen Tisch (3) auf, auf dem Druckbogen (1a) gestapelt werden. Ein gebildeter Stapel (1) wird einem Ausstossorgan (20), das an den auf dem Tisch (3) befindlichen Stapel (1) anlegbar ist, vom Tisch (3) weggeschoben und damit ausgestossen. Das Ausstossorgan (20) ist über dem Tisch (3) umlaufend an einem Hebelgetriebe gelagert, und über einen geschlossenen Weg (W) geführt. Das Ausstossorgan (20) ist mit einem Servomotor (6) frei ansteuerbar und ermöglicht ein sehr schnelles und schonendes Ausstossen. <IMAGE>
