[origin: EP0829687A2] An exchangeable filling device (21) is integrated in the heating water circuit (2) and can be coupled to both heating and sanitary circuits and is made up of line (22) and shut-off (23) used to divorce the two circuits from one another, and an additional backflow preventer can be fitted in this line. The heat exchanger (17) used to heat up the sanitary water is integrated in the hydraulic group (8). This group can be connected to the combined heating and sanitary water layout (1), with pump (19), radiator (4) heat source (11) and heat exchanger (12).
