[origin: EP0829923A1] The element has an electronic circuit which is encased in a dielectric material to form a microwave frequency module, The module is formed from a number of elementary structures which are stacked to form a block. Each structure has a lower dielectric layer which has an IC positioned on it. The radiating element is positioned directly on a first surface of the module surface. A point-to-point contact device is positioned on a second face of the module. A printed circuit is positioned on the support structure.
