[origin: DE19639108C1] The platform (3) can rest at the forward end towards the customers (6) on a front support (26), and also on a rear one (25) in bar form, one or both of them being height-adjustable by a drive mechanism. Several rear supporting bars one above the other can be provided, these protruding from a vertical wall (16). Adjustment of the front and rear supports can be independently of each other. Where there are several platforms alongside each other in the lengthwise direction, two adjacent ones can be on a common front support at least.
