Abstract (en)
The tool comprises a reciprocating drive piston (4) actuated by a propulsive charge. A compression spring (10) is made of an elastically deformable material for returning the piston to its original position after the bolt fitting process. The piston rod (9) has a reduced diameter which over at least a part of its length is enclosed by the sleeve-form return spring which is located between an element (7) not contributing to the movement of the piston, and the piston itself.

Ein Bolzenschubgerät zum Setzen von Befestigungsbolzen mit Hilfe eines durch eine Treibladung bewegten Treibkolbens (4) enthält eine Rückstellfeder (10), die eine Kolbenstange (9) des Treibkolbens (4) konzentrisch umgibt. Die Rückstellfeder (10) weist etwa die Form einer relativ dünnwandigen zylindrischen Hülse (18) aus Elastomermaterial auf, die in regelmäßigen Abständen durch metallische Verstärkungsscheiben (19,21) verstärkt ist. Die metallischen Verstärkungsscheiben (19,21) verhindern ein unkontrolliertes Verformen der Elastomerhülse (18) bei der schnellen Bewegung des Treibkolbens (4). <IMAGE>
