Abstract (en)
A cartridge packaging unit holds two products in separate but adjacent semicircular compartments (6,7). The products especially two-component epoxy-resin adhesives are discharged from their semicircular tubular pack inserts (9,10) at one end of the pack (8) through their common semicircular outlet (11,12). The cartridge outer wrapper consists of a first piece of foil moulded as two semicylindrical tubes (2,3) joined at one edge (4) and resting on a piece of flat foil (5) to which they are attached. The pack and contents are folded together along the centre line to form a cylindrical wrapper. An adaptor nozzle screw-fitted to the outlets acts as a mixer.

Ein Kartuschenbeutel für eine rohrförmige Kartuschenpresse soll geschaffen werden, der für zweikomponentige Produkte, die erst unmittelbar vor der Ausbringung aus der Kartusche miteinander vermischt werden sollen, geeignet ist, wobei bei einfacher Produktausbringungsmöglichkeit die Handhabung einfach und der Verpackungsaufwand gering sein soll. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Kartuschenbeutel zwei voneinander getrennte, in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Kammern (6,7) zur Aufnahme jeweils einer Produktkomponente aufweist, welche am Austrittsende (8) mit einem gemeinsamen Austritt (11,12) versehen sind. <IMAGE>
