Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0831426A2] The dispenser has an output device and a conveyer between the container (27) and the output device. The conveyor (20) is arranged as a gripping and pushing device (19) for parking tickets (4) at the bottom of the container (27). It includes a rotation drive plate above the curved guide track (29). The rotating plate (28) is formed as a disk with a number of concentric holes (31) aligned with the guide track (29) allowing individual parking tickets (4) to pass through onto the guide track (29). The disk or plate (28) has a first bridge (33) with an edge mouth opening (34) extending about each hole (31) to pick up parking tickets coming through the holes by pushing along the guide track and two second guide bridges (39) around each pair of mouth openings (34). These are formed as support surfaces to convey the parking tickets (4) which move through the openings in one cycle of the guide track on rotation of the hole disk.
