Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0831509A2] The drive system has a pair of contact springs (2,3) which are displaced by a slider (7) between a closed and an open position, with the contact springs moved in opposite directions to one another. The contact springs are provided with respective contact pieces (5,6,) on their facing surfaces, at least one of the contact springs directly secured to the slider, which is operated via an energy converter (8), e.g. a ferroelectric piezoceramic.
