[origin: WO9641988A1] In a process for disposing of dangerous products containing explosives and poisons, the waste produced by the explosion and/or incineration is collected at the bottom of the exploding and incineration chamber as a waste store and the quantity of such waste is constantly kept between a minimum and a maximum by withdrawal of the waste from the chamber. During the operation of the chamber the waste store is kept constantly at a temperature of at least 300 DEG C and the gaseous explosion or combustion products are taken from the explosion and combustion chamber only through the waste store. In an explosion and combustion chamber proposed of the implementation of this process, a burner (12) operates in the region of the waste store, the connection to the underpressure system (23) is locates in the region beneath the waste store (11) and the remaining region of the explosion and combustion chamber is screened from the waste store (11) by at least one barrier body (4).
