Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0833110A1] The oven has a cooking chamber that can be closed off in which a fan chamber is formed by a baffle. In this chamber is a fan wheel and air is sucked in through at least one opening in the baffle and expelled at least through an opening extending vertically in each of the two side regions of the baffle. The air flow is made turbulent by fins (37,39). Each exit opening is formed by several single openings located one below another, separated from each other by webs. The openings have fins which project into the air flow at an angle to the horizontal.
