Abstract (en)
The electrical power rail system has a carrier rail (1,1') that has a top section formed (2) with a connector (3) to receive an inserted conductor. The connector is in the form of a pressed metal contact element that is compressed to allow insertion of the conductor. The contact element extends to provide spring contact fingers (5,6) to receive a pin. Another contact element of the same type is set into the lower section of the housing. Relay units may be mounted on the rail.

Die Stromschienen (1, 1') von Reihenklemmen werden zunehmend für den Anschluß eines abgehenden Leiters oder als zusätzlicher Anschluß zwecks weiterer Potentialverteilung mit einem Buchsen-Steckverbinder versehen. Bislang werden diese an die Stromschienen angeschweißt. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Reihenklemme ist die Stromschiene (1, 1') mit dem Buchsen-Steckverbinder (4) einstückig aus einem Bandmaterialzuschnitt gebildet, in dem durch Schlitzung zwei zunächst nebeneinanderliegende unterschiedlich lange Kontaktfedern (5, 6) gebildet werden, die dann aus der Stromschienenebene zueinander hochgebogen werden. <IMAGE>
