[origin: EP0834268A2] The movable work table has an adjustable support frame (12A,12B,14A,14B) mounted on wheels, provided with a fixing for a display monitor and a work surface for supporting a keyboard. The work surface is directly secured to part of the support frame for pivoting between a lowered horizontal position and a raised vertical position, in which it acts as a protective shield for preventing damage to the monitor screen.
