Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0834347A2] Pourable material, particularly dry mortar, is mixed in a container (1) containing a vertical feed pipe (9), open at upper and lower ends and containing a feed screw (12) which feeds the material upwards and forms a stirrer arrangement which can be withdrawn from the top of the vessel. Preferably, the container is then used as a transport and/or storage container for the mixed material, while the removed stirring arrangement is pivoted and lowered into a container of cleaning agent. The material can be aerated during mixing, using a strainer cloth (25) positioned on the feed pipe.
