Abstract (en)

The compound construction component is of a fibre cement plate (1) and a heat insulation plate (3). The insulation (3) is of light concrete, and pref. a light concrete with expanded polystyrene (EPS). The side of the insulation plate (3) towards the fibre cement plate (1) is structured with at least two bands of cut-in sections (4,5) to give projecting blocks (13). Their flat surfaces (2) are bonded by adhesive to the fibre cement plate (1). Also claimed is a mfg. process where the core plate (3) is cast together with the cut-in sections (4, 5), surface recesses, and holder openings for the reinforcements through lost cores. The core plate (3) is set and hardened, and an adhesive is applied to the flat surfaces (2) and the fibre cement plate (1) is fitted in place. The bond is allowed to set.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundbauteil aus einer Faserzementplatte (1) und einer Wärmedämmplatte (3). Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmedämmplatte (3) aus Leichtbeton, bevorzugt EPS-Beton, besteht und auf der der Faserzementplatte zugewandten Seite durch zumindest zwei Scharen von Einschnitten (4,5) gebildete, vorstehende Lamellen (13) aufweist, deren der Faserzementplatte (1) zugewandte Flächen (2) mit ihr verklebt sind. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung Ausgestaltungen und ein Herstellungsverfahren. <IMAGE>
