[origin: EP0835695A2] The device consists of several vibrating sieves (1), which are arranged in sieves boxes (2) supported on connecting rods (3), and which are connected by coupling rods (4) to crank shafts (5). Each crank shaft has a drive wheel (6) in the form of an eccentric disc. Each drive wheel is driven by a drive wheel (8) positioned centrally or eccentrically on a drive shaft (7), by an envelope member (9). A sprung tensioning wheel (10) is associated with the envelope member.
