[origin: WO9702339A1] The invention pertains to new multicomponent pourable detergents and cleaners of high density and good solubility in cold water. The new detergents and cleaners are designed as abrasion-resistant, powder- and fines-free material having the following grain structure: a bondingly compressed core of one or more valuable substances and/or auxiliary materials which are soluble or in finely dispersed form insoluble in an aqueous wash liquor is coated with a mixture of the same and/or other valuable substances and/or auxiliary materials of smaller individual particle size relative to the diameter of the core material. These particles of coating substance are bound to one another and to the outer surface of the core material using a binding agent which is soluble in cold water and solid at room temperature. In a further embodiment the invention pertains to the method for preparing the new product form of such detergents and cleaners.
