Abstract (en)
The switch flap (1) is fitted into the housing underside (2a) by corresponding connecting points (3-6). A spring hinge point is located directly above the connecting points and extends over its whole length. The flap on its side facing away from the shredded material outlet gap has a rib (S) acting as a cam for operation of the limit switch (E) effecting stopping of the drive. The connecting points are formed as force-locked snap connections (3) and form-locked guide pins (4) on the lower edge.

Eine Schaltklappe (1) für die Antriebsstillsetzung der Schneidwerke von Aktenvernichtern u.ä. Geräten ist als in die Unterseite (2a) des Schneidwerkgehäuses (2) über entsprechende Anschlußstellen (3, 4 und 5, 6) einsteckbare Klappe (1) ausgebildet. Die Klappe (1) ist zudem ein einstückiges Kunststoffformteil mit angespritzten Schaltnocken (S) für den Motorendschalter (E), Anschlagrippe (R) sowie längsverlaufender Biegenut (B) zur Erzielung einer materialbedingten Rückstellkraft der Schaltklappe (1) bei leerem Schnittgutsammelbehälter. <IMAGE>
