Abstract (en)
The clamp (1) comprises a lever (2) pivoting about a rotational axis relative to the clamp body. The lever is pivoted by displacement of an actuator piston (7) with a longitudinal axis (ZZ') between a free inactive position (A) and a clamping position. The lever is connected to the end (8) of the piston rod (6) by a control (MC) comprising a connecting rod (16) pivoted on the clamping lever about a secondary pivoting axis (23). The rod is also pivoted on either the control or directly on the piston rod about a principal pivoting axis (22). A force transmitter (MT) comprises a guide (MG) guiding the principal pivoting axis in a trajectory inclined to the longitudinal axis.

Dispositif de serrage destiné à retenir une pièce de construction à usiner ou à souder, du type comprenant un levier (2) monté pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation par rapport à un corps de dispositif (4) pour être actionné en pivotement par le déplacement du piston d'un vérin d'axe longitudinal entre une première position dite position inactive de libération, et une deuxième position dite position active de serrage, ledit levier (2) étant relié à l'extrémité (8) de la tige de piston (6) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de commande et de liaison caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de transmission de l'effort destinés à permettre l'obtention d'un effort de serrage du levier (2) important sensiblement constant pendant que ledit levier pivote entre une position d'attaque (C) éloignée de la position de serrage (B) et une position voisine de la position de serrage (B) du levier. <IMAGE>
