[origin: EP0836951A2] The printing form is for a process in which the printing points (33) transferring the printing ink form a basic grid, and are overlaid by a superstructure formed by recesses (341). The superstructures are identically arranged relative to the printing points. With the printing points periodically distributed over the printing form, the superstructures should preferably overlap the printing points with the same period. The superstructures are also arranged so the recesses do not cut through the wall (35) of a printing point.
