Abstract (en)
The assembly for the prodn. of non-woven webs from fibre materials, using a carding action, has at least one roller (8,10) between the take-off section (3) of the card and the calender (2). The roller (8,10) has an air-permeable mantle over at least part of its circumference, with inner suction. Also claimed is an operation where the carded web (20) is converted into a non-woven web (22) in an assembly with at least one roller (8,10,12) with suction applied to its surface, to deliver the material to the calender (2).

Bei einer Anlage für die Vliesherstellung aus Fasermaterial, mit mindestens einer Karde oder Krempel mit einem Hauptzylinder (1) und einem dem Hauptzylinder (1) nachgeordneten Abnahmeteil (3) mit mindestens einer Walze, sowie einem Kalander (2) mit mindestens zwei Kalanderwalzen (4,6), der die aus mindestens einem Flor (18,20) bestehende Vliesbahn (22) von der mindestens einen Karde oder Krempel erhält, ist vorgesehen, daß zwischen dem Abnahmeteil (3) der Karde oder Krempel und dem Kalander mindestens eine zumindest auf einem Teil des Umfangs besaugte Walze mit luftdurchlässigem Mantel, z.B. eine Siebwalze (8,10,12), angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
