The device comprises at least one drill worm which has a tube (16) with at least one screw-form spiral. Through the tube runs an inner tube (20), which at its front end supports a mixing component (25). First (13) and second (14) rotary drives are movable along a support structure (10) for rotating and moving the drill worm and the inner tube. A positioning device (22) fixes the axial position of the inner tube and the mixing component in different positions relative to the drill worm. A feed device (24) introduces a liquid hardenable mass into the inner tube. The mixing component has a worm part (26), the spiral of which runs in the same direction as that of the drill worm.

Zur kontrollierten Herstellung eines Bohrpfahls (33) wird eine Bohrschnecke (15), die eine schraubenförmige Wendel (17) aufweist, in den Boden eingedreht. Durch das Rohr (16) der Bohrschnecke (15) verläuft ein Innenrohr (20). Die Bohrschnecke (15) wird von einem ersten Drehantrieb (13) und das Innenrohr (20) von einem unabhängigen zweiten Drehantrieb (14) angetrieben. Am vorderen Ende des Innenrohres (20) befindet sich ein Mischorgan (25). Beim Betrieb fördert die Bohrschnecke (15), während sie zurückgezogen wird, Bodenmaterial in Richtung auf die Bohrlochsohle (31), während härtbare flüssige Betonmasse aus Austrittsöffnungen (29) des Mischorgans (25) austritt. Die Betonmasse wird mit dem Erdmaterial durchmischt und bildet anschließend den Bohrpfahl (33). Es wird nur wenig Bodenmaterial aus dem Bohrloch herausgenommen. Das im Bohrloch verbliebene Bodenmaterial wird als Zuschlagsstoff für den Betonpfahl benutzt. <IMAGE>
