Abstract (en)

The one concrete plate (1) with a thickness of 6 to 12 cm and with the grid support (3) as reinforcement against bending is statically provided as single supporting wall part. The second concrete plate (2) is made of a very strong concrete mixture and/or with a steel fibre reinforcement. It has a thickness of less than 4 cm and limits a hollow space with sealed covering for an insulating material layer provided in the hollow space (4). The second concrete plate is the outer shell and has a thickness of 2.5 to 3.5 cm. The first concrete plate has a thickness of less than 10 cm. As insulating layer, a foam concrete or plastic foam connecting the wall components is provided.

Abstract (de)

Ein Wandbauelement weist zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Betonplatten (1,2) auf, die durch in sie eingegossene Gitterträger (3) miteinander verbunden sind. Die eine Betonplatte (1) ist mit einer Dicke von 6 bis 12 cm und mit dem Gitterträger (3) als Knickversteifung statisch als alleiniger tragender Wandteil vorgesehen und die andere, aus einer hochfesten Betonmischung und/oder mit einer Stahlfaserbewehrung hergestellte Betonplatte (2) ist mit einer Dicke von etwa 3 cm Hohlraumbegrenzung und dichte Abdeckung für eine in dem Hohlraum (4) vorgesehene Dämmstoffschicht. Die beiden Betonplatten (1,2) haben eine fertige Oberfläche. Damit wird in der Summe von Flächenverbrauch, Wärmeverlust und Arbeitsaufwand eine Ersparnis erzielt. Bei gleicher Wärmedämmung kann die Wand dünner sein, bei gleicher Dicke wärmedämmender, der Arbeitsaufwand des Verputzens wird gespart. <IMAGE>
