Abstract (en)
The contact spring (10) has two switch contacts (12,14). The spring (10) contacts the circuit board (1) and is actuated by a key or button against the spring force. The spring (10) is made of a one piece electrically conductive resilient metal strip. The strip has an outer ring region with two legs (16,18) and a middle part (28). The middle part (28), when not assembled, is connected to the outer ring region via only a narrow connection bridge (30,32). The metal strip is bent into a V-shape with an acute angle. A raised switch contact (12,14) is arranged on each of the adjacent inner sides of the legs such that when compressed they contact both switch contacts. One of the two legs (16) is freely movable. The other leg is stationary which sits next to the middle part on the circuit board. A connection leg (20,22,24,26) is provided on each of the outer ring region of the stationary leg and on the middle part (28). The connection legs are bent at an angle of 90 deg. to the circuit board. The legs pass through openings and are mechanically connected to the back of the circuit board. The connection bridges and the outer ring regions are mechanically and electrically separated from the middle part (28).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kontaktfeder mit zwei Schaltkontakten an einer Leiterplatte . Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung wird eine einstückige Kontaktfeder aus einem Blechplättchen ausgestanzt, um eine Mittellinie umgebogen und über ein automatisches Greifwerkzeug über Anschlußbeine an der Leiterplatte montiert. Anschließend werden zwei Verbindungsbrücken zwischen je einem seitlichen und dem mittleren Anschlußbein so durchtrennt, daß sich zwei elektrisch voneinander isolierte Schaltkontakte ergeben, wobei die Betätigung des so hergestellten Schalters durch das Niederdrücken eines nach oben ragenden frei beweglichen Schenkels durch eine Taste oder dergleichen bewirkt wird. <IMAGE>
