[origin: EP0837533A1] The collector manufacturing process has two outer shell (1a,1b) conductors. Each conductor has an inner slotted surface (2,3). The inner (4) of the conductor is injected with an isolating material, which hardens with time. The top surface of the conductor surface is skimmed off, leaving outer alternating layers of conductor and isolating surfaces.
