[origin: EP0838191A2] The dishes are passed through the dishwasher on a conveyor belt (14). The arrangement has a drying fan (16) with a connected air distribution device (22) with a first set of outlet nozzles (24) for drying air arranged above the conveyor belt. A deflection trough (32) connected to the air distribution device has a second set of air outlet nozzles (36) beneath the conveyor belt. Both sets of nozzles have air outlet slots extending essentially transversely wrt. the direction of conveyor belt movement.
