Abstract (en)
The apparatus for straightening strips (preferably those made of metal) fed to a press incorporates bottom and top straightening rolls (9-13; 5-8). The strip is fed through these rolls and straightened in the process. The apparatus is characterised by the fact that several top straightening rolls (5-8) are held at a straightening ram (14) which is adjustable in the direction of the bottom rolls (9-13) by means of an adjustment device (15).

Ein Richtwerk zum Richten von dem Eingang einer Presse zuzuführenden Bändern, vorzugsweise Metallbändern, hat untere und obere Richtrollen (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) bzw. (5, 6, 7, 8), zwischen denen das Band hindurchgeführt und von denen es gerichtet wird. Zur Vereinfachung des Aufwands für die Anstellung der oberen Richtrollen (5, 6, 7, 8,) an die unteren Richtrollen (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, mehrere obere Richtrollen (5, 6, 7, 8) an einem Richtwerkbär (14) zu haltern, der mittels einer Verstellvorrichtung (15) in Richtung auf die unteren Richtrollen (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) anstellbar ist. <IMAGE>
