Abstract (en)
The device takes the wrap labels taken from an elastic label tape (3), using a rotating roller (20). A device (18) with a prestretching path for the label tape is positioned in front of the cutter (17), and fixes the labels by restoring the prestretching of the tape. The prestretcher is formed by an additional roller drive (22,23), positioned in front of the first one (20,21) in direction of advance. The speed of the second drive is lower than that of the first one by a preselected factor, to achieve a defined tape prestretch.

Bei einem Etikettieraggregat bzw. einer Etikettiervorrichtung für die Leimlos-Etikettierung von Behältern durch Umwickeln mit einem von einer bandförmigen Etikettenfolie abgetrennten Etikett, welches den Behälter als geschlossenen Rundum-Etiketts umschließt und dessen Enden miteinander versiegelt sind, erfolgt in einer Vorstreckeinrichtung vor dem Abtrennen des jeweiligen Etiketts ein definiertes Vorstrecken der dehn- und streckbaren Etikettenfolie, so daß das Rundum-Etikett auf dem Behälter durch Rückstellung der Vorstreckung fixiert ist.
