[origin: EP0839493A2] The vacuum cleaner has a chamber (7) for a dust bag that can be closed with a lid. Below the lid is a projection for the dust bag fastener. This projection can pivot. It has a contact foot for support on a surface and the foot is designed to roll on the surface. The lid is a trailing lid. The support surface is formed by a dust bag holding-plate. The foot is designed in a side-by-side arrangement with the projection and also in a one-behind-the-other arrangement. The foot has a roller and the roller axis is parallel to the support surface.
