A suction device has suction components arranged close to the outlet apertures of the nozzles. The extending row of nozzles (11) of the spraying device (10), in relation to a conveyor plane (9), are arranged inclined at an angle (alpha) in the conveyor direction (3) of the printed material (4). Components of the suction device (13) are provided for the outlet apertures of the nozzles. The spraying device or the suction components are movable in at least one relative movement. The suction components can be activated dependent upon the printed material format or the print picture. The suction components are driven by an operating unit.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bestäubungseinrichtung mit wenigstens einer über die maximale Formatbreite des Bedruckstoffes sich erstreckenden Reihe von Düsen innerhalb einer Druckmaschine. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es ein Bestäubungseinrichtung zu schaffen , die insbesondere eine gleichmäßigere Bestäubung der Bedruckstoffe erzielt und den Verbrauch an Bestäubungsmaterial spürbar reduziert. Gelöst wird das dadurch, daß wenigstens eine über die Formatbreite des Bedruckstoffes 4 sich erstreckende Reihe Düsen 11 der Bestäubungseinrichtung 10 in einem spitzen Winkel α in Förderrichtung 3 des Bedruckstoffes 4 angeordnet ist und das Absaugelemente einer Absaugeinrichtung 13 den Düsen 11 benachbart beweglich zugeordnet sind . <IMAGE>
