[origin: EP0840072A2] A gas delivery device (1,6) comprises an inlet (3,12) for gas and two sheets (4,7,8) of woven, knitted or non-woven fibres arranged as a double layer. At least one of the sheets (4,7,8) has a region which is gas permeable to allow gas to permeate out of the device (1,6) when it is inflated. The device (1,6) may be used in a number of applications where gas delivery is required, such as to regulate the temperature of foodstuffs. <IMAGE>
