[origin: EP0840073A2] The heating device comprises a radial ventilator fan (24) for circulating the warm air in a heating chamber (20). Bearings (50,51) for the ventilator fan are cooled via cold air lines (54,60). The fan is driven by an electric motor (22) on the outside of the heating chamber, with the cold air circulated around the motor before being led to the fan bearings by the cold air lines fitting through the heating chamber housing.
