Abstract (en)
The system consists of a central station (1) equipped with a clock (2), a data processor (3) and a series of remote stations (6e,6d) on a network (4). When a synchronising frame is initiated at the central station the transmission time representing a delay (EC1) is stored in a memory (11). When the synchronising frame is received at a remote station (6d) the time taken to process it's reception (EC2) is added to the time of initiation (CK1) to produce a synchronised local time (17). When subsequent events are reported to the central station by the remote station the central station transmission delay (EC1) stored in memory (11) is added to the synchronous time to produce an absolute event time (CKAEV).

Le dispositif de communication comporte une centrale (1) et des stations reliées par un réseau (4). La centrale (1) comporte des premiers moyens (10, 11, 12) pour corriger les effets du temps de traitement de l'émission d'une trame de synchronisation. Une station (6d) comporte des seconds moyens de correction (15, 16) pour corriger les effets du temps de traitement de la réception de ladite trame de synchronisation, et des moyens de gestion (17) d'une heure locale. Des événements datés en heure locale par la station sont, ensuite, corrigés et datés en heure absolue dans la centrale. <IMAGE>
