[origin: WO9705443A1] Holstering systems (10) for hand weapons (12) comprise a track structure (13) provided as a holster (14) for such hand weapons. Each hand weapon may be provided with a slide structure (15) complementary with the track structure (13). The holster (14) may be a strandard holster for different types of elongate hand weapons (12, 112, 212, 312) that may have adapters (15) interfacing with such standard holster. Such holsters may have an accommodation (26) for accessories (25). Security holsters (Figs. 5 to 10) prevent accidental and unauthorized removal of weapons (12) from holsters (14), such as with the aid of detents (33, 54), sensors (34) of a hand (51, 52) of a wearer, or other detent deactivators (65).
