[origin: WO9704364A1] In order to convey a recording medium provided with edge perforations such that the lines remain accurately positioned, motor-driven continuous toothed belts (26) are provided in the region of the transfer printing station of a printing machine or copier. On their inner peripheral surfaces the toothed belts (26) comprise conveyer teeth (39) which are disposed at a predetermined spacing oriented according to the distance between the edge perforations of the recording medium (10). Drive pins (32) adjusted in dependence on the spacings between the conveyer teeth (39) are secured by conical collars in retaining clamps (38) on the outer peripheral surface of the toothed belt (26).
