Abstract (en)
A valve for a pressurised medium operating a door installation has various features. At least one pressure inlet (1) is available, which can be connected to a supply of the pressurised medium. There is at least one outlet available. There is available at least one working connection (40) that can be joined to at least one door adjusting device (80), like a positioning cylinder. The valve has at least two control connections (11, 21) which can be joined to a control unit (an electronic one, for example) and which serve to control the flow of the pressurised medium through the valve. Through the control connections the valve has means to join the work connection(s) alternately with the inlet (s) or outlet(s). At least at two places the valve has a flow cross-section and a changeover valve is available to switch between the one or other of them. This can be operated by the control pressure created by the control signal at one control connection.

Es wird eine Ventileinrichtung angegeben, bei der mit sehr geringem Aufwand und ohne Verwendung zusätzlicher Steueranschlüsse an der Ventileinrichtung das durch die Ventileinrichtung strömende Druckmittel wenigstens zeitweise gedrosselt hindurchströmen kann, so daß die Bewegung einer durch das Druckmittel betätigten Tür beim Öffnen und Schließen in der Nähe der jeweiligen Endlagen gedämpft werden kann. Die Ventileinrichtung (9) weist Druckmittelanschlüsse (1, 2, 40, 50) und Steueranschlüsse (11, 21, 31), die mit einem elektronischen Steuergerät (60) verbunden werden können, auf. Zur Drosselung des Druckluftstromes weist die Ventileinrichtung (9) neben einem ersten Durchlaßquerschnitt (3) noch einen zweiten Durchlaßquerschnitt (4) und ein Umschaltventil (5) zur Umschaltung zwischen diesen Durchlaßquerschnitten (3, 4) auf. Das Umschaltventil (5) ist druckmittelbetätigbar und kann mit einem durch Steuersignale an den Steueranschlüssen (11, 21, 31) bewirkten Steuerdruck beaufschlagt werden. Die Ventileinrichtung (9) wird vorzugsweise in einer pneumatischen Türsteueranlage in einem Omnibus eingesetzt. Die Ventileinrichtung (9) ist elektrisch mit einem elektronischen Steuergerät (60) und pneumatisch mit einem Druckluftvorratsbehälter (70) sowie einem mechanisch mit der Tür verbundenen Stellzylinder (80) verbunden. <IMAGE>
