Abstract (en)
The control (1) operates especially a sheet fed offset press, driven by at least one drive motor as a DC motor supplied by a rectifier (2). Orders for altering the revs of the press are supplied to the control, and the press revs is altered according to the time functions stored in a storage (8). Signals corresponding to the operating condition of the press (4) are supplied to the control. The control works in conjunction with the storage. Time functions assigned to different operating conditions are stored in the storage for accelerating and/or reducing the rotational speed of the press. By the control, and order comes into use, for the time function provided for the actual operating condition, across the drive motor (3).

Beschrieben wird eine Steuerung für den Antrieb einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einer dem vorzugsweise als wenigstens ein Gleichstrommotor ausgebildeten Antriebsmotor (3) der Druckmaschine (H) vorgeordneten Steuerung (1), der Kommandos zum Verändern der Drehzahl der Druckmaschine zuführbar sind, woraufhin die Maschinendrehzahl gemäß gespeicherter Zeitfunktionen (8) geändert wird. Eine derartige Steuerung soll dahingehend weitergebildet werden, daß gerade beim Abtouren eine Anpassung bzw. Nachführung der Farb- und/oder Feuchtmitteldosierung an die zeitlich sich verändernde Drehzahl der Druckmaschine möglich ist. Erfindungsgemäß gelingt dies dadurch, daß der Steuerung dem Betriebszustand der Druckmaschine entsprechende Signale zuführbar sind, daß die Steuerung mit einem Speicher in Wirkverbindung steht, in welchem unterschiedlichen Betriebszuständen der Druckmaschine zugeordnete Zeitfunktionen zum Hochfahren und/oder Abtouren der Druckmaschine abgespeichert sind, und daß durch die Steuerung auf ein Kommando zum Verändern der Drehzahl die für den aktuellen Betriebszustand vorgesehene Zeitfunktion über den Antriebsmotor zur Anwendung kommt. <IMAGE>
