Abstract (en)
The press has a substrate (50) which is driven by a motor (43) and passes under at least one printing head (Ti) associated with a sensor (41) and fed with ink by an ink circuit(44) and a process controller (46). A synchronising circuit (45) is connected to the process controller and a position coder (48) is fitted onto the motor. The coder has high resolution and transmits a signal (TACHY) to the synchronising circuit (45), with a mark printing device (51) regularly marking the substrate. The coder has 3000 to 300,000 points for each rotation of the motor and incorporates an optical unit. Each sensor is an optical read system for reading the marks and delivers a pulse signal (DTOP) which defines the instant of passage of the marks under the sensor.

La présente invention concerne une presse multicouleur à la continue par jet d'encre comprenant un substrat (50) entraîné par un moteur (43) et défilant sous au moins une tête d'impression (Ti) associé à un capteur (41) et alimentée par un circuit d'encre (44), un circuit de synchronisation (45) connecté à un contrôleur de processus (46), et à un codeur de position (48) disposé sur le moteur d'entraînement du substrat transmettant un signal (TACHY) au circuit de synchronisation (45), ce codeur étant un codeur de position de résolution élevée. <IMAGE>
