Abstract (en)
The dishwasher has an upper plate part (7) for closing a door frame (5)for a door (1) pivoting on a bottom mounted hinge. The plate part protrudes upwards or is curved back towards the dishwasher cabinet (3) and has an edge. A sealing strip (9) attached to the plate part has an elastically flexible sealing flap (11) which protrudes over the surface (E) of the frame. The sealing flap has holes or fittings for attachment elements.

Um die freiliegende Oberkante eines Türrahmen-Bleches an einem Geschirrspüler abzudecken bzw. einen Spalt zwischen Abdeckung (19) und diesem Blech (5) geräuschdämpfend wirksam zu verschliessen und dabei gleichzeitig die Abdeckungsunterseite vor Dampfbeeinträchtigung zu schützen, wird eine Dichtungsleiste (9) auf die Kante (8) aufgebracht, mit einem über die Fläche (E) des Rahmens vorragenden, elastisch biegbaren Dichtungslappen (11). <IMAGE>
