Abstract (en)
The method of producing decorative facing involves producing a master mould (1). A negative mould is then taken from it, in soft material. From this a hard impression is made, forming a positive mould. The positive mould is used in its turn to make negative moulds or serial matrices, in soft material. These are used to manufacture the decorative components. Also claimed is a box mould (2) and its use for the process, with upper and lower sections having vent openings. Also claimed is the decorative component made as described, forming a modular construction system, the elements of which have mutually compatible contours.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dekorationselementes (14,16,21,22,24,28,33,34,35,38,39), nach diesem Verfahren hergestellte Dekorationselemente sowie eine dazu geeignete Kastenform; um Dekorationselemente kostengünstig und mit hoher Darstellungsqualität herstellen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, daß eine Urform (1) hergestellt wird, daß von der Urform (1) eine aus weichem Material bestehende Negativ-Form (Urmatrize 5) abgenommen wird, daß von der Urmatrize (5) eine aus hartem Material bestehende Positiv-Form (9) abgenommen wird, daß die harte Positiv-Form (9) der Herstellung von Negativ-Formen (Serienmatrizen 12) aus weichem Material dienen und daß zur Herstellung des Dekorationselementes eine Serienmatrize (12) dient; zweckmäßig wird dabei eine Kastenform (6) mit Oberteil (7) und Unterteil (8) verwendet. <IMAGE>
