Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0844178A1] The machine consists of several units and incorporates conveyors for the cigarettes or packets and a U-shaped switching cabinet (14) containing electrical controls. The machine units are enclosed by a housing and or interconnected housings (11,12,13). The switchgear cabinet and packaging machine (10) form a unit. The controls are installed in several part-cabinets (15,16,17) connected to the machine housing and or housings. Two upright part-cabinets (15,16) are positioned on facing sides of the packaging machine. A transverse cabinet (17) is above and preferably spaced apart from the packaging machine. The transverse cabinet consists of connected sections (19,20,21).
