Abstract (en)
The packets are made from cut-out sections of foldable material such as paper, thin cardboard. The glue is applied by a glue-applicator (15) with at least one nozzle (16) applying the glue to the fold-in flaps (13) especially. The glue-applicator is placed periodically into a waiting position from an operating position. The partly folded paper or cardboard pieces are transported by a continuous conveyor, especially by a revolving folder (11). A collector, especially trough (17) is positioned beneath the glue-nozzles. The glue applicator is moved by a four-bar mechanism (18) operated preferably by a pressure medium cylinder (19) touching a main lever (22).

Bei der Fertigung von Packungen, bei denen Faltlappen oder andere Verpackungsteile durch Leim miteinander verbunden sind, wird dieser durch Leimdüsen (16) auf den Zuschnitt (10) der Packung aufgetragen. Bei zeitweiliger Betriebsunterbrechung wird das Leimaggregat (15) in eine vom Faltrevolver (11) entfernte Wartestellung bewegt und hier taktweise durch Abgabe von Leimportionen in Betriebsstellung gehalten. <IMAGE>
