[origin: EP0844190A1] A bottle (2) stopper (1) with a ring (5) fixed to the bottle neck (3) and a hinged stopper cap (4) that in the open position exposes the end of the bottle neck to facilitate pouring. It has the parts forming the hinge (29) provided with a second lock (30) cooperating with complementary lock (6) positioned on the neck of the bottle, so that at the time of closing the cap (4), the fixing ring stays fixed and in its predetermined position particularly in the area of the parts forming the hinge. Also claimed is a bottle fitted with such a stopper that has a second protruding annular ring (10) on its neck having an upper surface forming a seat for the fixing ring.
