[origin: EP0844348A1] Hinge having a rectangular fastening element (1) as a supplementary device for the hinge (3) which can be fixed to the side (15) of the casement frame (5) in the region of the hinge. The fastening element has sets of holes (11,12) arranged in two planes. The holes (12) of one plane accommodate the screws (35) for fixing the casement frame part (32) and the holes (11) of the other plane accommodate the screws (110) for fixing the fastening element to the casement frame. The fastening element has a T-shaped profile and fits into the groove (52) in the casement frame.
