[origin: EP0844451A2] The method includes the use of a fan (15), which circulates the air cooled by an evaporator (14) around the cooling chamber (13). The fan is set in operation at least near to the time, that the liquid refrigerant acts on the evaporator. The fan is operated additionally during the interruption of the refrigerant flow to the evaporator. The fan during the interruption of the refrigerant flow to the evaporator is operated at least across a time duration (ty), shortened compared to the time duration (tk) for acting on the evaporator with a fluid refrigerant.
