Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0844685A1] The timepiece has a casing (2) with a front glass cover (12) which is held in place by an outer supporting section (14). A transponder (16) forms part of the supporting section. The transponder is formed from a receiver circuit and an antenna (20) and a transmitter (22). The circuit components are integrated into the supporting section using, for example, injection moulding.
