Abstract (en)
The ink box comprises an ink controlled feed device which comprises several zone-side controlled feed components tightly arranged next to one another. The controlled feed components have support and controlled feed areas, the support areas permanently directly or indirectly locating under spring pressure on an ink box roller. By rotation of the controlled feed components the controlled feed areas are adjustable to different ink gap thicknesses. The controlled feed components (11) commencing in the area of the ink thickness 0 have a flattening (20) which runs as a secant and in the area of the ink gap thickness 0 forms a wipe-off edge. The flattening extends over the length of the controlled feed area (18). The support areas (17) locating directly or indirectly on the ink box roller (4) have a radius r of approximately 3 mm.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Farbkasten (1) für Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einer Farbdosiereinrichtung (6), die aus einer Vielzahl von dicht nebeneinander angeordneten zonenbreiten Dosierelementen (11) besteht, die Stütz- (17) und Dosierbereiche (18) aufweisen und deren Stützbereiche unter Federdruck (7) an einer Farbkastenwalze (4) ständig direkt oder indirekt anliegen, wobei durch Verdrehen der Dosierelemente (11) die Dosierbereiche (18) auf unterschiedliche Farbspaltdicken einstellbar sind derart, daß die hydrodynamischen Kräfte bzw. der Federdruck (7) auf die Dosierelemente (11) verringert werden kann. <IMAGE>
