Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0846434A2] Frame members (2) of an arrangement for display of flat products, particularly carpets, form an array of rails (21a, 21b) running in two directions and allowing positioning of supports (2) in two adjacent stacks for vertical support of the products. Within each stack, supports are arranged one behind another. Each support has at least two carrier devices (9) which can be moved over the rails. A first drive (3, 4, 5) moves a support at the front of the arrangement from one stack to the other and another drive moves a support of a second stack at the rear of the arrangement to the first stack. A second drive (7) moves a stack of supports to the front or rear. A controller produces a circulating movement of supports along the rails.
