Abstract (en)
The conveyor immerses at the input end of the conveyor (4) as far as the lower area and a first loop (5) reaching into the upper area runs through, having lower first and second deflections (6,7) and a central deflection (8). At the outlet end, the loop emerges again from the bath. In the area of the lower first and second deflections first and second label applicators (9,10) are arranged. The length of the immersion bath (1) is greater than its height. The lower deflections of the first loop are displaced in relation to the output side end and the central deflection of the first loop is displaced in relation to the inlet side end of the immersion bath. The first loop has an asymmetrical course with a horizontal alignment.

Bei einer Flaschenreinigungsmaschine in Doppelendbauweise ist die Länge des laugehaltigen Tauchbads größer als seine Höhe und es ist der Förderer für die Flaschen in Form einer Schleife mit zwei unteren Umlenkungen durch das Tauchbad geführt, derart, dass die unteren Umlenkungen zum abgabeseitigen Ende und die mittlere Umlenkung der Schleife zum einlaufseitigen Ende des Tauchbads versetzt sind und die Schleife einen asymmetrischen Verlauf mit überwiegend horizontaler Ausrichtung aufweist. Hierdurch werden die Fertigungskosten unter Beibehaltung der prinzipiellen Vorteile der Doppelendbauweise spürbar gesenkt. <IMAGE>
