Abstract (en)
The pump has a hollow cylinder (1), a cover (2) located on one end, and an inlet and outlet valve for a pressure medium. The opposite end to the cover has a fixed base (3), which has a channel to allow entry or exit of the molten metal with a valve located in it. The cylinder has no piston or piston rod, and uses an inert gas such as nitrogen as the pressure medium. The cylinder is manufactured from steel, and the cover and fixed base are bolted to the cylinder. The cylinder is fitted with a sampling device.

Die Pumpe dient zum Fördern von geschmolzenem Blei oder geschmolzenen Bleilegierungen aus einem Schmelztiegel. Sie weist einen hohl ausgeführten Zylinder (1), der an seinem einen Ende mit einem Deckel (2) verschlossen ist, der ein Ein- und Auslaßventil für ein Druckmedium aufweist. Der Zylinder (1) ist an seinem dem Deckel abgewandten Ende mit einem Bodenteil (3) verschlossen ist, das einen Kanal (32) zum Ein- und Austritt des Bleis oder der Bleilegierung aufweist, in dem ein Ventil (33) angeordnet ist. Der Zylinder (1) ist kolben- und kolbenstangenlos ausgeführt. Als Druckmedium ist ein reaktionsträges Gas verwendet. <IMAGE>
